ENKI® Tail Feather IPA, has officially landed. This beer pours a brilliant goldenrod color and carries a long lasting, silky head. A hefty blend of classic Pacific Northwest hops gives this beer the iconic bitterness IPA drinkers have come to expect. A juicy burst of pummelo and fresh cut flowers excite the palate, thanks to dry hopping process. Deliberately unbalanced to delight hop-craving aficionados we use just enough malt to give a full body and smooth mouth feel. The bitter finish lingers on long after drinking.

Like Grandma’s semi-sweet chocolate chip cookies hot from the oven, CACAO’s aroma is irresistibly tempting. The tightly-laced tan head and dark brown color invites your palate to experience CACAO’s richly smooth texture and creamy dark chocolate flavor, giving way to a clean, earthy hop ending.

This cream ale is delicate, virtuous and light-bodied. The mild and toasty malt base is perfectly balanced with subtle hops that hint at the flavors of stone fruit. The mouth feel is wonderfully creamy with a satisfying dry finish.

Journey Pale Ale, year round

Journey Pale Ale – Pack your bags because this enjoyable beer will take you around the world in 16 oz! Sip your way from the floral citrus hops of New Zealand to the classic London dry ale produced by a traditional European yeast strain. Flow into the Pacific Northwest to find a hearty blend of hop varieties that impart a refreshing bitterness, all the while enjoying a balanced, toasty Midwestern malt profile.

Reunion Red Ale, year round

Amber-red in color with pale tan lacing, Reunion Red Ale’s has a touch of roasted malt. The clean crisp body balances flavors of toffee and caramel.

Noble hops give prominent herbal aroma on the nose and earthy bitterness on the finish. Delightfully sessionable.

Welcome Relevance IPA! Every time we brew this rotating IPA, we create a new rendition. Relevance is all about the hop character. Sometimes citrus, sometimes pine notes, it all depends on our Brewmaster's inspiration. The ABV and IBU will vary depending upon recipe. Stop in the tap room or try it on tap in one of our many restaurant partners to taste the current batch!

The spring/summer seasonal from ENKI, is sure to put you in the summertime mood. The classic German yeast strain provides aromas of banana, clove, and spice, while the wheat-heavy malt bill creates a chewy, rich mouth feel and crisp finish. It pours unfiltered and brilliant orange in color with whipped cream-like lacing. Whether you’re golfing, fishing, or just grilling out, Hootenanny Hefe is the perfect pint to enjoy during your favorite summer pastimes.

Grodziskie

Our passion for ancient tradition shines through in making sure the Grodziskie style is never forgotten. Spreading across central Europe, this style gained popularity in modern day Poland and Northern Germany. Enjoy a subtle, smoky aroma that teases the nose upon first raise of the glass, while the tongue is tickled by a wave a bubbles with refreshing apple notes and a wheat back.
