VI ANNO Medusa IPA, our most progressive IPA to date, is a real treat! Loaded with Medusa hops, it's soft on the palate, yet hits you with a rush of guava, melon, apricot, and citrus fruits. Pouring an unfiltered golden yellow, and with a wonderful aromatic nose, the Medusa is our juiciest IPA yet. Happy 6th birthday to us!

The test of a brewer’s craft is how well he or she makes a light lager absent of the heavy flavors and colors often called on to mask imperfections. We are proud to offer the Litmus Pilsner to highlight our Brewmaster’s artistry. Pleasing to any palate, our Litmus Pilsner is designed to be enjoyed in the company of friends and neighbors and is sure to ace the test on quenching your thirst no matter the activity.

4.5% ABV, 28 IBUs

Dry, fruity, and hopped with nearly 2 pounds of Amarillo and El Dorado hops per barrel, this IPA is fermented to 0º Plato, creating a bone-dry beer where the hops shine. Floral Orange Blossom aromas compliment the orange zest and pineapple notes on the palate, with little to no bitterness. Just like Brut Champagne, this beer is worthy of toasting life’s celebrations.

6.6% ABV, 41 IBUs

Dark Malty Lager with rich flavors of chocolate and fresh baked bread, our Bock Lager finishes clean and crisp. Made with 100% German Malts and German Saaz Hops, it is the perfect companion on a crisp, early Spring evening or snuggly, fireside snow day.

Journey Pale Ale – Pack your bags because this enjoyable beer will take you around the world in 16 oz! Sip your way from the floral citrus hops of New Zealand to the classic London dry ale produced by a traditional European yeast strain. Flow into the Pacific Northwest to find a hearty blend of hop varieties that impart a refreshing bitterness, all the while enjoying a balanced, toasty Midwestern malt profile. 6.2% ABV, 47 IBUs

WSBC Barleywine Ale represents a true partnership, crafted using ingredients favored by representatives of each of the eight brewers in the West Side Brewers Collective. This American Barelywine is dry hopped with classic American Chinook and Cascade hops, which provide a piney, spicy and citrus aroma, somewhat similar to pine sap. The flavor is of dark caramel, toffee and earthy spices with an assertive hop flavor and bitterness that blends well with the huge malt backbone and big ABV, which will leave you with a healthy warmth. The beer is full bodied and chewy with a velvety, luscious texture. Dependent on the brewery's clarification methods, the beer ranges from brilliant to a tad hazy, but consistently is deep amber in color and moderate carbonation leaving a light tan to copper head. 7.0 ABV, 99 IBUs

Our passion for ancient tradition shines through in making sure the Grodziski style is never forgotten. Spreading across central Europe, this style gained popularity in modern day Poland and Northern Germany. Enjoy a subtle, smoky aroma that teases the nose upon first raise of the glass, while the tongue is tickled by a wave a bubbles with refreshing apple notes and a wheat back. 2.7 ABV, 15 IBUs
