We’re in the home stretch of this unusually mild MN winter! Spring is right around the corner, so let’s celebrate with our annual Winterfest Party. This year, we’ll have a new beer, Rusty Patched Wheat Ale; live music by Chris Kelly (at 6pm); specialty craft beer fusions; and other awesome stuff.

We’re tapping Rusty Patched Ale at noon. It’s an American wheat with a hearty orange zest finish. It’s named for the endangered, Rusty Patched Bumble Bee, in an effort to raise awareness and support pollinator habitats. This little bee, found in Carver County and other parts of the midwest, is losing its native habitat and becoming increasingly rare. The Minnesota Landscape Arboretum is helping us bring this issue to the community and we will be donating a portion of beer sales to the Arboretum to help in their pollinator habitat efforts.

We’re doing the raffle again, too, and prizes are awesome! Beer, food, bar merch, and other treats. Big prizes include a 60-minute Massage from Bee Well Massage in Chaska, a gift basket from Zen Den Chaska with a 10-session punch card, and MN home opener baseball tickets!

And, for all you hockey fans, we’ll have the MSHSL Hockey Tournament on the TVs! Viewing party, anyone?!
